Please note:

Basic Support Tickets will be resolved by our tech support staff within 4-24 hours of request. Tech support tickets are billed in one minute increments @ $1 per minute, with a minimum fee of $5 per ticket.

Emergency Support Tickets will be resolved by our tech support staff within 1-6 hours of request. Emergency Support Tickets are billed in 5 minute increments @ $2 per minute, with a minimum fee of $10 per ticket.

If we find that the ticket is directly related to our backend configuration, your account will not be charged.
